Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout Germany. International shipping may be available upon request, please contact us before placing your order for availability and rates.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery times are:
🇩🇪 Germany: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation
Express (if available): 1–2 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is dispatched.
What is your return and refund policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked. To start a return, please email mana-beans@outlook.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
Note: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
